Terms of Service

The binding agreement governing your access, transactions, and use of the Atlas4Keys digital marketplace platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Operator Identity

Welcome to AtlasKeys (referred to herein as “AtlasKeys”, “Atlas4Keys”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Buyer”, or “Seller”) and Atlas4Keys Global Marketplace.

By accessing the Platform, browsing listings, registering an account, purchasing digital activation keys, or listing products as an authorized merchant, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and KYC/AML Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To use AtlasKeys, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding financial contracts.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration and checkout. Impersonation of any person or legal entity is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed your legal responsibility.
  • Selling, renting, or transferring account ownership without prior written authorization from AtlasKeys administration is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3. Marketplace Model & Intermediary Role

AtlasKeys operates exclusively as a specialized multi-vendor electronic marketplace and escrow intermediary connecting independent digital merchants (“Sellers”) with consumers (“Buyers”) seeking digital goods, including video game activation keys, game currency top-ups, software licenses, and digital gift cards.

Unless explicitly indicated as an AtlasKeys-managed product, AtlasKeys is an intermediary venue and does not own or manufacture the third-party digital activation keys listed on the storefront. The commercial contract of sale for any digital item is formed directly between the respective Seller and the Buyer, supported by our mandatory escrow buyer protection.

4. Transparent Pricing & Platform Fees

We are dedicated to absolute fee transparency across all transactions:

  • 0% Buyer Platform Fees: Buyers pay only the listed checkout price and applicable local payment processor surcharges, if any. AtlasKeys never charges hidden buyer convenience fees.
  • 10% Flat Seller Commission: Approved merchants pay a flat 10% commission on finalized, completed transactions. Platform commissions are automatically deducted from escrow upon order release.
  • Dynamic Currency Rates: While primary ledger balances are maintained in USD, localized estimates (MAD, EUR, GBP) are provided for convenience using real-time baseline exchange rates. The finalized charged amount is displayed clearly prior to payment submission.

5. Escrow Architecture & 100% Buyer Protection

Every single transaction conducted on AtlasKeys is protected by our proprietary Escrow Protocol. When a buyer initiates payment:

The Escrow Guarantee: Buyer funds are securely locked in institutional escrow custody. No seller receives payout until the buyer verifies the digital key activates successfully, or the 24-hour auto-release inspection window expires without a filed dispute.

If an activation key or account credential proves invalid, redeemed prior to purchase, or region-locked against the listing description, the buyer is guaranteed a full refund pursuant to our Refund Policy.

6. Digital Fulfillment & Delivery Speeds

Sellers categorize products into distinct delivery categories:

  • Instant Auto-Delivery: The activation code or digital serial key is delivered instantaneously to your order screen and email address upon payment confirmation.
  • Manual Delivery: Certain custom top-ups or specific game assets require manual fulfillment by the seller. The seller is bound to deliver within the promised delivery window (typically under 2 hours). If a seller fails to deliver within 24 hours, the order is automatically canceled and funds are refunded to the buyer.

7. Buyer Terms & Platform Compatibility

Before purchasing, buyers are responsible for verifying game system requirements, hardware compatibility, and platform requirements (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Battle.net, Origin/EA App). Keys redeemed on mismatched platforms or regions through buyer error are non-refundable once the digital key has been revealed.

8. Seller Obligations & Quality Warranties

Approved merchants on AtlasKeys represent, warrant, and covenant that:

  • All listed digital keys and game items have been legally acquired through authorized wholesale, publisher direct distribution, or legitimate retail channels.
  • Keys must not originate from stolen payment methods, unauthorized credit card chargebacks, phishing schemes, or illicit automated bot harvesting.
  • Merchants must maintain an active average trust score and respond to buyer inquiries and dispute mediation requests within 24 business hours.
  • Sellers must complete KYC Tier 1 identity verification prior to requesting funds withdrawal from their seller wallet balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Abuse

Any user engaging in the following prohibited activities will face immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and potential referral to relevant cybercrime law enforcement authorities:

  • Off-Platform Evasion: Soliciting or directing buyers to conduct payments outside AtlasKeys via Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or private crypto addresses to circumvent escrow protection.
  • Friendly Fraud & Chargeback Abuse: Activating valid digital keys and subsequently filing fraudulent bank chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Marketplace Manipulation: Generating fake buyer reviews, artificially boosting seller ratings, or falsifying inventory counts.
  • Malicious Code & Scraping: Deploying denial-of-service attacks, automated web scrapers, exploits, or attempting unauthorized penetration of AtlasKeys server infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, marketplace layouts, custom visual elements, backend code, APIs, and the AtlasKeys trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas4Keys Global Marketplace. Video game titles, publisher logos, and platform names (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for nominative, descriptive identification of compatible digital goods.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

AtlasKeys provides the platform on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AtlasKeys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall AtlasKeys, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, game publisher account bans, regional publisher policy changes, or unauthorized access to user accounts caused by user negligence.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, exhibits high dispute velocity, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails required AML/KYC identity checks. Unsettled escrow balances tied to substantiated fraud claims will be refunded to victimized buyers.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any disagreement between users or between a user and the Platform, parties agree to first engage in good-faith mediation through our Support Desk. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to confidential binding commercial arbitration in accordance with standard international commercial arbitration rules.
