1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AtlasKeys (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. AtlasKeys is operated by Orvexil.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to sell and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Marketplace rules
AtlasKeys is a venue connecting buyers and sellers of digital goods. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality and validity of the keys, gift cards, and licenses they list.
- All listings must be for legitimately obtained digital goods.
- Prices shown to buyers are final — buyers pay 0% platform fees.
- Sellers pay a flat 10% commission on each completed sale.
4. Escrow & payments
All orders are protected by our escrow system. Funds are held by AtlasKeys until the buyer confirms the key works, or until the 24-hour auto-release window elapses without a dispute.
No working key, full refund. Buyer protection applies to every order placed on-platform.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Selling stolen, fraudulent, or region-mismatched keys.
- Moving transactions off-platform to evade escrow.
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or stock counts.
- Money laundering or any unlawful activity (see our KYC/AML Policy).
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasKeys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Questions? See our contact page.
