Seller Agreement

1. Fees & 90% Net Earnings Guarantee

AtlasKeys operates on a transparent, all-inclusive 10% platform commission model. We believe sellers should keep the vast majority of their hard-earned revenue without hidden surcharges or surprise gateway fees.

AtlasKeys absorbs all payment gateway processing fees (typically 1.5% to 2.5% charged by Visa, Mastercard, and payment processors) directly from our 10% commission. We do not deduct payment processing fees from the seller's earnings. The remaining 90% is 100% net profit to the seller.

2. How Selling Works (4-Step Workflow)

Selling digital goods on AtlasKeys is designed to be streamlined, safe, and automated from registration to payout:

1. Register & Get Verified (Free): Create your AtlasKeys merchant account and submit standard KYC identification. Our Trust & Safety team reviews applications promptly (typically under 2 hours). There are zero registration costs.
2. List Your Products with Full Pricing Freedom: List PC keys (Steam, Epic, Ubisoft, EA App, GOG), console activation codes (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), software licenses, and gift cards. You set your own prices, currency, inventory amounts, and region tags (Global, Europe, North America, MENA, etc.).
3. Instant Vault Delivery or Custom Fulfillment:
   • Automated Code Vault: Upload bulk activation codes to our encrypted vault. When a buyer completes checkout, our vault delivers the unique key immediately to the buyer's screen and email with 0 seconds delay.
   • Manual Delivery: For custom gaming accounts or direct top-up services, deliver keys through your secure seller dashboard order manager within the specified delivery timeframe.
4. Escrow Protection & Instant Settlement: Every buyer payment is captured and secured in AtlasKeys Escrow. Once the buyer redeems the key or the confirmation window concludes without dispute, the net 90% is released directly into your Available Wallet balance.

3. Product Integrity & Seller Obligations

As a verified merchant on AtlasKeys, you agree to uphold our strict marketplace authenticity standards:

• Legitimate Sourcing: All digital keys, activation codes, and licenses must be 100% legally sourced from authorized game publishers, official retail distributors, or genuine wholesale channels. Carded, stolen, generated, or pirated keys are strictly prohibited.
• Region & Platform Accuracy: Listings must accurately declare compatibility (e.g. Steam PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS5) and activation region (e.g. Global, Region-Free, Europe, North America, LATAM, MENA). Mislabeled region locks constitute a material breach and mandate an immediate buyer refund.
• Inventory Accuracy: Automated vault listings must only contain active, unredeemed codes. Duplicate codes or depleted stocks must be promptly removed.
• Professional Customer Support: Sellers must respond to buyer messages and order inquiries in a courteous, professional manner within 12 hours.

4. Escrow Protection & Dispute Resolution

AtlasKeys employs bank-grade escrow to protect both parties on every single order:

• Chargeback Protection: Because buyer funds are pre-authorized and held in escrow by AtlasKeys, sellers are protected from arbitrary credit card chargebacks and buyer payment reversals.
• Dispute Review Window: In the event a buyer reports an issue (such as an invalid code or regional mismatch), the seller is notified immediately to verify the code and issue a replacement or refund.
• Evidence & Publisher Verification: If a dispute requires arbitration, AtlasKeys Trust & Safety reviews activation timestamps, publisher redemption logs, and communication history to ensure impartial, fair resolution.

5. Wallet, Payouts & Withdrawal Rails

Once escrow releases your funds, they are immediately credited to your Available Wallet balance in real time.

6. Prohibited Activities & Account Enforcement

To preserve marketplace trust and safety, the following activities lead to immediate termination, permanent blacklist, and forfeiture of escrow balances tied to fraudulent transactions:

• Selling revoked, counterfeit, duplicate, or chargebacked game codes.
• Circumventing the platform (directing buyers to private Discord, Telegram, or personal payment links to avoid escrow protection).
• Creating fake accounts to manipulate store ratings, feedback, or transaction volumes.
• Refusing to assist buyers with verified legitimate key activation issues.
