1. When you're eligible
Because escrow holds your payment, you're eligible for a full refund if:
- The key is invalid, already redeemed, or region-locked against the listing.
- The item was never delivered.
- The product materially differs from its description.
2. How refunds work
Open a dispute from your order history. Our team reviews the chat log and key status, and releases the held funds back to you if the claim is valid.
Funds are never released to the seller until you confirm — or the auto-release window passes without a dispute.
3. The 24-hour window
You have 24 hours after delivery to confirm the key works or raise a dispute. After that, escrow auto-releases to the seller.
4. Timing & method
Approved refunds return to your original payment method (or wallet for crypto) within 1–5 business days depending on the processor.
