DMCA / Copyright Policy

1. Our policy

AtlasKeys respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Repeat infringers will have their store access terminated and listings permanently removed.

2. Filing a takedown notice

Send an official takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at dmca@atlaskeys.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The specific listing URL or Product ID you believe infringes your copyright.
• Your full legal name, company name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notice

If your listing was removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notification, you may submit a formal counter-notice to dmca@atlaskeys.com with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to federal court jurisdiction in the applicable district.
